Well after roe v. wade kicked in, violent crime dropped like a rock. It was delayed by about 16-18 years though. Children never grew up to become murderers, rapists, etc...

orphans are also likely to get into crime
most orphans also end up being rejected and bullied and kill themselves so there is no point in eating them at that point

i mean its the euphoria of being adopted which gets my taste buds tingling
children who were adopted actually have pretty high levels of crime even later in life
they are nice and plumped up usually with glee and happiness making them taste better having high glucose in there blood
