Black powder firearms (such as that caplock) still count as firearms. However they are not regulated like most other firearms. IIRC you can buy them anywhere without a background check and get them delivered straight to your doorstep, things that are (outside of specific circumstances) illegal for any other firearm.

Oh. Didn't notice this subsection before. I have a great argument for this. Because I'm American.

These next sentences are indirectly about the Gun debate, and is a Pro-Freedom argument.
