And pretty sure the finnish use russian guns

2018-10-26 08:10:23 UTC

Not Finns, Finnish winter uniform has grey sprinkled in for camouflage, and while Finns do use AK clones in 7.62x39mm, all the ones in service are domestically produced RK-62 and variants, with no wooden parts and a ton of other small changes. Pretty distinct.

Finns do use some straight up Russian machineguns though

Finlans also has a couple hundred thousand Chinese and IIRC Czech AK47 clones bought as surplus, but those aren't nearly as good as the domestic variant so they're just sitting in storage to be handed out like candy on Halloween in case of a crisis

Finns. So if the choice in the previous one is between Finns and Speznaz, it's Speznaz.

Nice felony, 9/10.

2018-10-26 13:02:33 UTC

Looks like what a glock owner would do lol

2018-10-26 13:03:36 UTC

That's only a felony in states like cali there cosplay Sneaky @propyne

2018-10-26 13:04:04 UTC

No, pretty sure that's an SBR.

2018-10-26 13:04:23 UTC

It's a pistol with a bunch of shit smacked on it lol

2018-10-26 13:04:38 UTC

Unless that's an "arm brace", in which case it's still a felony because vertical grip.

2018-10-26 13:04:41 UTC

SBR is determined by barrel length

2018-10-26 13:04:51 UTC

Not by anything else.

2018-10-26 13:05:07 UTC

Vert grip is perfectly legal in my state.

2018-10-26 13:05:20 UTC

Yeah, and it has a stock and a pistol-length barrel, therefore it's an SBR, that's literally the definition.

2018-10-26 13:05:28 UTC

Only commie states find a very grip illegal lol

2018-10-26 13:05:37 UTC

Vert grip is legal on *rifles*

2018-10-26 13:05:48 UTC

It's a pistol cuz of the barrel length. The added stock means nothing

2018-10-26 13:05:59 UTC

On *pistols* it makes it an "any other weapon"

2018-10-26 13:06:12 UTC

Fucks sake. No.

2018-10-26 13:06:13 UTC

Vert grip is legal on anything it cam be attached to here

2018-10-26 13:06:24 UTC

Can*

2018-10-26 13:06:59 UTC

Actually, I may be talking shit. Hang on.

2018-10-26 13:09:05 UTC

If it's an attachment that does not make it an SBR. Taking the barrel length down from 16 inches on a rifle would make it an SBR.

2018-10-26 13:09:47 UTC

lol no

2018-10-26 13:09:47 UTC

If the RONI thing doesnt make a glock an SBR I'm pretty sure this doesnt either

2018-10-26 13:10:08 UTC

"the RONI thing" is probably legally a not-stock

2018-10-26 13:10:16 UTC

an "arm brace"

2018-10-26 13:10:21 UTC

And technically speaking that's not a stock it's a brace

2018-10-26 13:10:36 UTC

So it's still not an SBR

2018-10-26 13:11:02 UTC

Right, there we go. It's a brace. That part is legal then.

2018-10-26 13:11:15 UTC

Hence why AR pistols arent SBR's and get away with the "braces" that are used as stocks

2018-10-26 13:11:52 UTC

But, if it's a brace it's not a rifle. And anything that is not a rifle yet has a second pistol grip is an "any other weapon" (AOW) and has to be registered too

2018-10-26 13:12:08 UTC

In what state lmfao

2018-10-26 13:12:13 UTC

Federal.

2018-10-26 13:12:18 UTC

Sounds like commiefornia

2018-10-26 13:12:21 UTC

That's literally in the NFA

2018-10-26 13:12:57 UTC

You mean the most unenforced thing ever right?

2018-10-26 13:13:10 UTC

Stop moving the goal posts please.
