Car bombs can be stopped by just driving in formation with big trucks or SUVs.
You'd lose the truck, but it's a pretty solid wall.

i would also go for .50 as far as those cars that protect the president go
mostly because its pretty hard to get a car with a 20mm to keep rolling at full speed for as far as i know there sure is a noticable decrease in speed when these planes shoot them
nah, you can see the car barely even rolls back when it's in gear
but you could fit more .50 than 20mm, that's for sure

you can easily mount a package like that on a car and probably make it concealable aswell

difficult to say, and depends on the composition of the round. 20mm is usually not just a chunk of jacketed lead.
how good are humans in general at stopping bullets?
