Schultz called the police on himself, saying there was someone with a gun and a knife. Police show up, he's got a pocket knife and is walking towards the cops yelling 'Shoot me'. Parents refuse to accept that it was calculated on the part of their 'son', (So, he was considered male, at least, by the parents...)
