Well Ditto..was bad at first
once they gave it instant transform the thing was passable
even then it has only 20 moves per TF and a very low HP (the only stat it doesn't copy)

if you are copying a proper damage pokemon 20 moves is plenty
it also fails if the enemy is behind a substitute
or a Zoroark that's disguised
sub is great
There is a reason they made sound based attacks ignore sub
and Infiltrator
but it's still great
