I really only watch him to avoid being in an echo chamber lol
they are shit yea
oh don't get me wrong
i'm not shitting on you for posting it
i didnt think you were lol
k ❤
I think his issue is that he doesnt know enough and just generalizes things
like i agree with him in some regards but he over generalizes alot
I posted this video of kyles before
Idk i agreed with him on plenty of stuff
At least he described social democrats and aocialist right i thought
I like his attacks on corporate dems
And bernies program was social democrat
From euro perspective
I think kyles problem is that he is in his own echo chamber
oh def
just look in his comments
He could use discusion on discord like over here
yea
He arguments selectively
oh yea
He is one of the best left youtubers atm
With david packman going mad
the question is whether he'd make it through a debate i guess
And tyt going full shill
He would
But he would develop his arguments better
I posted his vid on ben shapiro today
Did you see that ?
not yet
Give it a go and report later what did you think when you have a time
sure
Shapiro does seem to have legitimate concerns but he doesn't really express them well. He does fall into the typical republican and culture warrior rhetoric in his questioning of Cortez's policies but id imagine that is mostly from ignorance. Kyle at least encourages people to find out for themselves and not take his word regarding public opinion. Kyle does tend to jump to "Bah look another boilerplate republican" without trying to understand the other persons perspective which is kinda ironic considering he shits on corporate dems for doing the same. Kyle def likes his policy ill give him that but i haven't seen him say much about how he'd implement it, at least not extensively. He at least has something to say about the healthcare thing. I disagree with him about having solely state provided healthcare, i think we should have both state and private options so as not to fuck the market. But yea thats a general opinion on the vid and i guess Kyle in general to an extent.
@zutt Thanks for posting those videos. I haven't been keeping up with his stuff lately. I like what he says in the Ben Shapiro vid about virtue signaling. Also interesting: that part about cutting out the
"unnecessary, for-profit, price-gouging middleman" to save $17 trillion in healthcare costs.
Well from where i stand policy making is always very theoretical
What i am completely missing from us discussions about politics is how to make state run more efficiently
And also how to make public workers more accountable to the taxpayer
What the USDA will and won't allow egg companies to say about their product.
