There's a gas station nearby. No one ever uses it because it's right next to another gas station that's always cheaper by at least 10 cents.
Here's what I understand about it.
pro-tip: Freeze your fucking fruit before it starts going bad. It tastes amazing frozen AND it's more healthy than non-frozen
Just keeping that gas station there, even with no one using it, is a tax loophole for the person who owns it.
But it isn't SERVING ANYONE.
It's wasted space, because someone likes money.
That's the sorta shit that annoys me.
Like seriously all someone needs to do is create a luxury brand of frozen fruit and market it to middle aged women as a healthy dessert/dessert topping and they'll be rolling in it
