I prefer the concrete, not the subjective. I will say that government funding has been effective in providing certain services that benefit the greater good. The question is whether or not we can trust our public, educational institutions to charge our citizens justified prices for extended education. These institutions already are provided with lots of public funding from taxes, the charge of education will either fall onto the individual or will pile up onto the government. It's a justification made my morals, so it's completely subjective. I will not force a broken, biased opinion onto you, because it is harmful to cultural strength. @pompompiggy
