I can't stand the trend of cinematic finishers in video games in general.

By the third level you have pistol, shotgun, heavy AR, plasma rifle and chainsaw

the guy got immediately banned for that as he was already warned 3 times and kicked prior to this

You can go the entire game without a single glory kill

You're not forced to use them, but the game is balanced around them existing.

But yeah I much prefer it that way to a game that forces them like Skyrim

Though I heavily lean on them when attempting Ultra Nightmare. Still haven't beaten that.

My main issue is that they take away control and I don't care about seeing some 'badass' animation play out especially not for the 50th time

@propyne you start slow, and every enemy gets extra health so you can punch them using canned animations

I'd rather actually be doing the fighting than pressing a button to watch the game do it for me
