400lb femoid looking for advice.

Iโm moving in a few months away from home and want to lose some weight just to make everything easier on myself. Iโm on a calorie deficit of 1,500 and avoid sugar and fast food.
Any workout videos I can follow for my size or cheap and filling recipes to help me lose? Much appreciated.
I posted here a few years ago and Anons suggested I drink salt water and eat nothing else, but after trying it for a week I got sick.
