Yes, if the Cypriots are seeing this right now they make take this chance to take back there land. Also the Turks have no Allies. within the middle east most of them will dislike them and will not join them like they did during the Serpraska war.
The West would not dare to get involved on the behalf of the Turkish Goverment.
If they Start a border conflect with Greece the Balkins and larger Europe would send in there army's to help.
Turks are also playing proxy wars against other Nato allies, I doubt there is a single Nato member that would be on their side.

Turkey has more leverage than Greece. Turkey has a bigger army. Within Nato no one really fights other than the US and Britain. Who is going out on a limb for Greece?
