my first point was someone sending me a sargon video and i fell into the skeltpic crowd. that lasted for like 4 years. then i saw the video sargon did with the distributist about progressive infailtration into the church so i started watching him and felt it refresing to find someone religious. i heard him talk about moldbug a bunch and decided to read that. things clicked into place. i became more open to more radical ideas and started watching other channels that were more edgy and alt rightist
i kinda remember a point where i was doing some dog sitting for a friend before work. and i was watching some old alt hyp videos while the dogs were out doing their thing. and i was like "you know this is far more rigorous and convincing than anything the skeptics have ever said and i think at that point i fully cut ties with liberalism

parallel to my development from mindless mainstreamer to the right i started watching mgtow videos, almost exclusively TFM. He dropped a lot of anti-egalitarian redpills

intellectual honesty has been very important to me ever since I got into philosophy and politics and I went wherever that lead me

it seems to me that I was always a little bit based, no matter how many left-wing ideas I believed in with the front part of my brain
