although that kind of logic will work for most theft crimes

might makes right is not justice

its natural and hierarchical though which is attractive to a person of the right

but no-one is being just when they burn your house for fun or rape your sister, just because they could

with the might makes right mentality, EVERYTHING is justified

because if it happened, obviously the actor had enough power over the victim to make it happen

"might makes right" can help you understand the world in a real way, and do away with the concept of human rights

but it should not be held as moral compass
