It's more concerning in that if it spreads in India they are F'ed as much as China since in both countries sanitary practices are not wide spread.

That is true but as of Right now there are more cases in Europe then India (due to travel but still) and that I'd say is concerning. What is also worrying is the fact that even after several weeks there are no cured cases in Europe.
