I feel like a major failing was not recognizing that rightwingers are actual political dissidents. And suffer all the trappings that dissidents go through in any banana republic. Minus outright hard power that is.

He plead guilty in December. Sentencing is in April. Atleast they released him to home while awaiting prison.
