fasces can smell a libertarian from a mile away
read about it somewhere, something about the brain being adapted to identifying predators to ones young
Ok, so what is the NRx position on economics? Is it more economically left (communism, socialism, etc.), right(capitalism, free trade, laissez-faire, etc.), or third position (distributism, corporatism, protectionism, etc.)?
There's a split between people who brought their libertarianism into this and people who are more third positionist or simply are apathetic about it
Which isn't too different from the dissident right at large
I suspect it will cause issues/a schism later down the line
I don't think there is a unified nrx economic theory
The whole bitching about Keith Woods etc. could be seen as this beginning
it's not really a focus of it
Ok, I guess I fall into the more third position. I like capitalism, but regulated and I’m a protectionist.
yeah I mean it's worth noting that the Free Market religion is fairly recent
capitalism doesn't have to be neoconservatism/neoliberalism
I like a mixed economy with protectionism. Corporations at this point have become corporate fiefdoms/oligarchies which need to be brought in line
Isn’t capitalism more of a classical liberalism concept?
Oh ok
Classical liberalism as espoused by Smith never was really implemented in his time
it's almost as if economics is context-dependent and blindly following some gay ideology is an infantile reductionist position
<:blobwoke:473997738904780840>
Only post war we actually seriously enforced free trade
I personally am kinda apathetic to economics though if I had to choose one it would probably be regulated capitalism
capitalism is fine, it just needs to be constrained based on the economic and political realities of the time
which it already is
just poorly
I agree @Norik I’m tired of people just following an ideology instead of trying to find a proper way of doing things
I think there should be a clear line on it eventually so people take us more serious. Just focusing on social policies isn't going to cut it
> I like a mixed economy with protectionism. Corporations at this point have become corporate fiefdoms/oligarchies which need to be brought in line
@Mr. Nessel
Yeah and after that protectionist socialist fags cry, mimimi, I can't pay for a mobile phone anymore
And lolberts need to be purged
I think capitalism should do more to help the family, not some free trade deal with China or something.
Like this guy
> I think capitalism should do more to help the family, not some free trade deal with China or something.
@Skeleton
Free market capitalism = family values
work woman
for the gdp
Everything else is socialism or degenerate libertine bullshit
How is selling porn family values?
