Yes, and??
Gad Saad said that the Race and IQ studies are taboo right now.

2019-01-11 01:37:41 UTC

The Race/IQ stuff is spicy, thus Research repressed...

2019-01-11 01:47:51 UTC

i dont think research is repressed, im pretty sure its just not made public, ive seen lots of examples of genetisists finding links to iq in our genes

2019-01-11 01:48:35 UTC

because the debate is kinda cooled down right now in my circle i havent really been keeping up on it though

2019-01-11 01:51:06 UTC

That is not supresse

2019-01-11 01:51:30 UTC

what is supressed is to research the difference between Asians, Europeans and Africans, especially in terms of IQ

2019-01-11 03:11:41 UTC

actually ive seen genetic research on that too

2019-01-11 14:23:28 UTC

And now look at average SAT Scores or similar studies in UK....

2019-01-11 14:24:07 UTC

it shows that the curve you've known since the "Bell Curve", wich featured way more than that, is not wrong.
The SAT of black is around 85% of that from white people.

2019-01-11 15:29:49 UTC

Oh and one of the most racist towards black people I know if - is a black man.
Jesse Lee Peterson...

2019-01-11 15:49:38 UTC

Jesse Peterson is a gem.

2019-01-11 16:40:36 UTC

Are there any separated twin studies to show what percent of IQ is cultural and what is genetic?

2019-01-11 16:43:30 UTC

I don't have sources, and the french IQ test may be different from yours, you can artificialy inflate your IQ result just by taking more and more IQ tests and memorizing solutions

2019-01-11 16:43:40 UTC

There are a ton, Alternative Hypothesis made a ton of Videos about that.

2019-01-11 16:45:01 UTC

in short: Its highly heritable. And Enviroment doesn't play a too big role in it.
Or other way around: Enviroment can ruin your potential (ie malnourished, stuff like that). But genetics limit it.

2019-01-11 16:45:59 UTC

A real IQ test should take into account what you already know, and put you in an unknown problem to solve with logic

2019-01-11 16:46:23 UTC

and that's not what i experienced...

2019-01-11 16:46:37 UTC

A few, Joe, but not as many as I'd like.

2019-01-11 16:46:58 UTC

The results aren't concrete, but it appears to be more than 50 percent nature.

2019-01-11 16:58:29 UTC

serious business IQ tests are a good 6 hours long and produce 5 different scores in different areas of cognition

2019-01-11 17:05:38 UTC

IQ tests used in genetic studys are probably not the kind of tests where they just let you take it over an over again

2019-01-11 17:06:00 UTC

you know, because they actually want to study something

2019-01-11 17:06:27 UTC

envirnment drives evolution

2019-01-11 17:06:58 UTC

evolution of inteligence creates organisms with the ability to manipulate the envirnment

2019-01-11 17:07:33 UTC

thus some degree of human evolution is driven by humans but for much of history this is imperceptive

2019-01-11 17:09:59 UTC

I guess the next logical question would be if genetics provably has an impact on IQ it would explain the bell curve. However further testing would need to be shown to verify that specific genetic variances linked to race have an impact on IQ. I think the easiest way to prove racial differences is to show statistics around the prevalence of certain genes that have been linked to mental ability among different races.

2019-01-11 17:11:31 UTC

This sort of test could disprove either theory depending on the outcome so it would be far more valuable than correlation.

2019-01-11 17:14:26 UTC

I disagree with Arch-Fiend.

2019-01-11 17:14:35 UTC

High IQ is a result of high population density.

2019-01-11 17:14:38 UTC

is that the big topic where you're from are is it just out of curiosity ?

2019-01-11 17:15:01 UTC

( i mean the subject of IQ )

2019-01-11 17:15:03 UTC

Where do you have the highest IQ? Where the Population was the densest in history...
Where have you low IQ? Where there weren't many people historically.

2019-01-11 17:15:39 UTC

are -> or sorry

2019-01-11 17:17:35 UTC

how do you define a high population density?

2019-01-11 17:17:55 UTC

and are you arguing a direct result or a corrilation?

2019-01-11 17:19:07 UTC

a corralation may be more likely, a direct result i would want to know how you account for animals with incredibly high birth rate and comparitive population density to dis-similar species and even similar species

2019-01-11 17:20:32 UTC

```how do you define a high population density?```
Cities for example.
2019-01-11 17:21:02 UTC
cities are a subpopulation of a population group
2019-01-11 17:21:21 UTC
```and are you arguing a direct result or a corrilation?```
Direct result because if you don't have money, Woman won't have children with you, so you need to be somewhat successful. To be successful you need relatively high IQ.
