red pill means you can think for yourself and form your own opinions without being spoonfed
I don't know anyone explicitly aligning the redpill with conservative; I mean I'm sure there's someone
I always see it referenced where there are "facts"
nope
Tim's frequent use of logical razors to whittle down an argument or situation show that he IS in fact 'Red Pilled'
I don't think it's about facts, I mean, that's a big part of it
but anything can be a fact with a small enough margin of context.
Are you talking about the current vidya
I just fired it up
oh, no
There isn't a binary between Red Pill and Blue Pill.
I slept during lunch because I didn't really sleep
he never talked about beign Redpill
I really wish he would stop giving YT credit
He did, he talked about how people call him redpilled
after all the shit it does
but he referenced it's use as a term for being right wing
Which I'd argue is a semantic campaign
Subverse plan is up in the air
The idea was just to do a loose news/media site
its just way too expensive
Going to London for the Dankula protest was expensive
imagine trying to do it with more people
Expensive?
Flights
Like hosting?
He bought a last second flight to London
I mean subverse being way too expensive
I know that's expense
I think he's considering an organization more like Vice, but without a mandate
Where Subverse could fund independent journalists to go to London
The missed opportunity there, is that with a 'Subverse' system, you could have a journalist in London cover the groundwork and skip the plane ticket.
Possibly have the system hosted from a central hub, and get someone on the ground in the UK to record, observe, and broadcast.
We're in an age of every-man journalism.
sounds like a restricted voat/reddit sub would be able to do that on some level
although I would never want my content held by either of those platforms
If you were to organize that concept into a functional system, vet the people who ask quality questions - not questions you necessarily agree with, mind you, but questions that are pertinent, and evoke important answers, you could create something of quality.
Obviously Crowder has a bigger following, but look what Crowder did with his CRTV
CRTV isn't his.
He's subject to a network.
