You're living in farcical hypothetical scenario if you believe that Germany could've won WW1, due to the supply and manpower disparity. Since the outcome was therefore, inevitable. If Germany won WW2, there would be no Communism, and without communism there would be no Cold War and thus no political dystopia.
The original plan for Lebensraum only included 25% of Poland. It wasn't so much the Danzig, massacre itself, even though it was a key variable.
