well I used to lift weighs
but when I did weighlifting it went up
I'd like to be about 200lbs one day
200lbs is about right for my metabolism
anything less would be too skinny
I'd have to starve
200 for me would be quite large
Not fat per se
I believe if I put on 30lbs of little more than fat
I'd still be normal weight

I couldn't even imagine being that heavy
I don't think my body could even be that heavy
if I can cut about 20lbs
I'd be fine
40lbs might be too aggressive
