And to answer the second part of the question I will say that the Ancap world it is a world of free market, so the PMC companies will be competing to provide the best service by the lowest cost possible so they can get more customers and then more money, the market relugates itself, but lets talk about your possibility that maybe you can’t afford the PMC. There are multiple ways to figure that out, if what was stole from you was for example $1000 and the cost for the PMC so you can get your money back is $500, you will have only a loss of $500 instead of $1000, so it is still better for you.
