the constitution is the constitution

if they pledged to defend it, that definitely includes any amendments made

they make the oath of what is currently on the constitution

and if the constitution changes does that mean it’s no longer the constitution

if you don’t want to fight in the military, you’d need to quit. you can’t just refuse to follow orders

it means they keep the oath of it when they took it
