First point: Police wind up getting surplus military equipment at cutrate prices. Showing police in riot containment mode vs. everyday gear is kind of disingenuous, Bill.
Police body cams have worked against the narrative to the point where some activist groups demand that police camera footage can't be released by the actual departments, for privacy purposes.
Bill mentioned the grenade launcher and tanks, do the police really need that?

Imo, the police can have more rights than me, they have a difficult job. But I want there to be very harsh laws for crimes commited by them, like bribes and drug stuff.
Also police should have extensive training so not every avarege joe can be an officer.
