everybody was missinformed about brexit
even the brexiters
The promise wasnt no deal brexit when they voted for it
Is what i mean
No deal brexit is extreme option
Not the prefered one
pretty sure most brexiters just wanted control of their country again
what that looks like is not something they were worried about, but basically not wanting to be subservient to another power
*could* be wrong
Yeah but that phrase can have different meanings to different ppl
Like i dont think my country is subservient to eu for example
At least have not noticed it so far
but it is
My country is czech rep
oh
well, I meant the UK
but sure
Just to be sure we talking same one lol
yeah
my appologies
I just assumed your country
fight me
Nah i dont care
😄
I dont realy know about uk being subservient either
But i guess its all how you define things
Why do I get the feeling with the Hard/Soft/No Brexit, The current state of free speech, and Article 13, we are looking at a V for Vendetta type situation in England?
Sitting here in the US It feels like we are a couple mass murder/terrorist/false flag attacks away from permanent martial law.
I told tim to keep fly ticket handy
Lol
Anything can happen
There is very real split between remain and leave
I think that is the problem. Currently stability isn't certain.
And its not getting any smaller
Its possible there can be huge country wide protests if may carries on with her current plan
I think ppl are w8tin for eu response
Because eu will not accept current proposal
But yeah its building up
Well.. Whatever happens over in Europe and the UK, eventually filters over to the US, so I guess "we live in interesting times"
Yep
