still hate their government doh lol
Yes lol
WAT
@Lagomaster24 I think most people here do to.
Y
truuuuuu
But yea Dems just do the bare minimum
Tbh it think it was a litter thing more than an environment thing
Repubs just dont give a shit or thinks its fake
In the case of China, the Beijing Olympics showed alot of people what a clear sky looked like. Then they ran some numbers on stuff like particulates. And now they want to clean it all up.
@Beemann no, the argument for the straw ban was that it was ending up in the ocean. There's actually a nice Reason article on all the arguments....they were thought up by a 16 year old.
Millennials ACT like environmentalists but they are one of the most wasteful generations i have ever seen, and im one of them.
^
my own generation pisses me off alot
See, I'm *not* and environmentalist. But I still recycle.
It's just not that hard to throw the cans in a separate container.
we recycle more than we trash at my house lol
I hate the segments if gen Y and Z that have no respect for their history or culture
We have plenty of hippies here
^
recycling technically doesn't do all that much but its a start
Like, ignore it if you want, but don't go around trying to badmouth it all all the time.
Like it's trendy to have backyard vegetable gardens and shit
People try to buy local and all that
That's always been trendy.
depression era people had to plant gardens just to survive
we should do that but without the depression economy
It's just that it was usually people looking to save a buck or do some gardening rather than yuppie millennials posting on instagram every time they harvest. You usually did it to be humble.
But yeah I'm ashamed of that cuck here from the anti racism whatever the fuck who told that guy he had no culture cuz he's white
@Lagomaster24 I'm going to respectfully disagree. You can get good economies of scale in farming and not everyone is cut out for running a vegetable garden.
Plus, it's really hard to get anythign of any size in a city center.
Well im just saying that during the Great Depression people planted gardens if possible
@Beemann Now *that* doesn't make much sense. Isn't the usual argument that white people control the greater culture and it's somehow innately racist?
and i wouldnt have anything against encouraging gardening
It's there to compliment, not supplement
No the argument is that whites have no culture
/\
Which is a corruption of the argument that there is no white culture, which is actually true
They deny their own history
@Lagomaster24 I can agree with people gardening if that's what you're saying. But I wouldn't say it's something we should be trying to shame people into doing or something. I don't htink it would have that much effect overall is what I'm sayinh.
