I don't regret going vegan tho. Asides from health and ethical reasons, you learn a lot more about seasoning and balancing your meal plan.
I was vegan for three days once
Seasoning in particular is something that's really missing in european cuisine in general
theres no health reasons for veganism
no ethical reasons either
veganism is immoral
let me find the studies
oh no
pls
not the studies
studies will you show theoritical benefits but they stem from the fact that vegans in generally get better food and take care of themselves more
Although I generally reccomend Dr. Greger's How Not To Die
nutritionfacts.org has very helpful vids too
theres absolutely nothing wrong with eating meat once a week, its healthy and you dont need to supplement certain things
the problem is when people eat fat meat almost everyday
The only things you should supplement as a vegan, as long as your diet is balanced, is vitamin B12 and possibly iodine
vitamin B12 is made by bacteria and stored in the meat, so it's not even fleshborne. Herbivores either get it from their own digestive system (ruminants) or by coprophagy (rodents, elephants). For humans it's produced in the colon but we cant absorb it and we won't eat shit.
nah also d3, iron, taurine, choline, creatine
the most important thing lacking in a vegan diet are cojones
>we won't eat shit
