I do like the ordered structure of the Catholic Church. Everyone everywhere is supposed to follow the same ideology. I know in practice that isn’t always the case.

The ones in my office are bilingual, but they’re also in their 20’s. The others are in their late 30’s and beyond.

It wasn’t. The survey had a number that each employee was given. Anyone that gave feedback that wasn’t along the lines of “this is best place ever and doesn’t need improvement” was called into private meetings with HR and fired.

This was like 10 years ago. But it’s hard to move past that.
