Depends first month is the basic training, after that they send you on a military base to serve

under a general and you do what you are told to do

chores

etc

if you go on special forces

you get a more advanced training too

Here we generally go to basic combat training for 2-3 months and then technical training for 3-12 more months

Marine Corps has an extra combat training too

But the most sophisticated training etc is on the special forces, and for the full-time military not the drafted ones for a basic training

We don't typically recognize college except for medical professionals, lawyers, priests etc. Which is the only way they can get those jobs

We have schools for that in the military already
