I won’t blame Bethesda for banning them mainly because they’re already doing so much damage control that they don’t need another controversy. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if he was over exaggerating the situation or fabricated it to try to make Bethesda look even worse.

Also, a number of games have pretty strict policies on this stuff due to this being earmarked as harassment and with Bethesda pretty much sucking the single-player dick to make them happy, they would probably also have some strict harassment policies in-game.
