Assembling your own first aid kit is probably the best way

If you get on with a volunteer fire or rescue squad you might end up with some of your own stuff

Since they often respond in povs

This one has QR codes you can scan to refill the contents

Lol it’s a first aid kit

Not a trauma kit or a surgical kit

If you do the volunteer fireman thing you also might get it for free and end up with some equipment you wouldn't normally be able to get
