My far left liberal aunt is in London with my cousin. I'd told this cousin to be careful in London (she's 17) so now I got my aunt attacking me saying I'm telling racist lies to her daughter and a couple other liberal women in my family joined her in joint attacking me. And now my dad is upset at me because despite being right wing he's done all he can to keep politics from dividing the family

It was bound to happen sooner or later tbh. This type of thing is common with politics. But don 't let it get to you. They'll start apologizing when they see we're right
