He's not a globalist and is pro Canada when it comes to trade/business. When it comes to immigration he supports the old system were it could take upwards of 6 years to get your citizenship and aimed more so at Asia and Europe over the Middle East. He's anti illegal immigrate as well as anti carbon tax.

He's pro environmental but not in the way that'd damage Canada as a whole like Trudeau is doing. So, not a Trump, but a lot better then Western Europe
