Do we need anything more than the number? I suspect the California side of my company is filled with illegal immigrants.

Illegal immigration isn't a state crime

It's federal jurisdiction

State and local law enforcement have no authority to enforce federal laws. If I see someone with a silencer I can't do shit about it. Or a burst firing rifle.

You should give ICE details of why you think they're illegal. Such as them using multiple false names etc

ICE is creative in their investigations and I would not be surprised if they got a Hispanic agent to apply for a job there, claiming to be an illegal
