i actually love leg day

I didn't, my gym was 40 mins away from my house

I cursed my name each day I had leg day and had to return to my house in the summer

lmao

don't lift until total failure for the legs if you have to walk it home

Couldn't tbh my trainer pushed me to the limits, at least I had a great progress

i used to jog it to the gym and then take the bus home

so i could go all out during the workouts

But to return to house it was a total misery, 40 celsius on my head and fatigued legs haha
