when it comes to stuff like this I actually recommend looking to eastern sources. I used and sometimes still use Gui Pi Tang and I never felt side effects later on

it works by improving other parts of the body. while the effects take longer to appear it really did a world of good.

@TheKekscernist every system is open to exploitation and your "third way" lost. Drug addiction is not a symptom of capitalism. It exists outside of it. And the solutions to it are within the criminal justice system and the morals of society. Not economics.

There are other features of civilization you lose in the process. Like erasing history and religion.
