They could write every character for "diversity" and make them all communists

Rule 0: any rule can be changed or discarded if it stands in the way of fun or a good story

But rule 0 and decentralization will always make it worthless

when they do that word will get out and people will start leaving

All you need to run DnD is a roller and chat

Because what dnd nerds hate more than anything is to have their games interrupted after theyve begun

If they start going after people who say "i was just following rule 0" theyll sound like they're targeting all homebrew games

That's the thing though, they can't even "go after" them

Push comes to shove you take notes and migrate

Alex Jones has a show and needs an audience

You can't destroy infrastructure for 2-10 people who just need a chat function and a randomizer

Which makes tabletop the perfect place to store these sorts of people
