No worries. I'm still learning a lot about the places on the internet I never knew existed until I reached out a few weeks back and started trying to understand how half the nation was clearly happy with someone I see as an uncouth bully in the White House.

I've voted Republican and found common ground with Reagan and the Bushes. Trump just seems to have come from outer space and I'm trying to fathom how half of America can see him as just fine.

Maybe someone rude who completes his checklist, in the modern context, is more desirable than someone polite who gets stonewalled

I've been on the internet since 1993 and before that I participated in Fidonet. But the internet is a strange place where you can relate to people all over the world but still surround yourself entirely with people like you.

I only realized this with the election of Mr Trump

I got a whiff of it when I'd play games like WoT, but I'd just turn off general chat and attribute the banter to foreigners

I now know that was the banter of fellow Americans

Theres a lot of disagreement about what constitutes a "successful" ideology, nation or economic system. My view is that it is ultimately decided by where people want to live.

Overtime people will move to where they think they can have a better chance at living a good life, regardless of if its within a nation or across borders.

In the US people are moving out of Illinois at an astonishing rate. I plan to leave aswell because I dont see a future here and it really sucks having to put up with the increased taxes that are sure to come to balance our deficit which is measured in the billions.

Seeing as I have no ass but C cups, I appreciate boob love :-)
