Sometimes I do the same searches in google and duckduckgo
Just to see the difference
I use duckduckgo but tbh I don't get what I want from there so I use google or startpage sometimes
If they manage to improve search, I would use duckduckgo more
I use DDG
I get better results from DDG than startpage tbh
anyone here use crypto?
we are gonna need new ways to get money to our content creators
We need it fast, what is a good crypto currency to look into?
probably LTC is the best to get to creators cause of the lower fee compared to btc
Three years ago it became illegal to pay/use more than aporox 9900 USD in any given transaction. Due to money laundering laws.
Also no bank must refuse a customer an account.
It became illegal at the same time not having a bank account.
Last year it became illegal to use checks, either to cash it or use it as payment.
In my country
which country?
Denmark
The large banks and retailers are lobbying for lifting a law that says that you must accept the cash
It is one of our older laws, and is archaic formulated. No one shall deny coins of the royal mint as any payment. (Paraphrased)
In the USA, if you make a transaction over (i think) $9,999, you're flagged for suspicious activity. I don't remember if it is cash only transactions. Been forever since i took my bank secrecy act training.
its lower than that now
But cryto isn't the answer. That would be like keeping all your money in the stock market. Shit fluctuates daily.
Damn, now how am i going to structure my laundering?
if you cant handle the fluctuations then you just sell to cash at the end of the day
but The New Chief of Staff likes it https://youtu.be/f9ZzylA-XZo
seems like the market likes him too
if you want to send money around
use Bitcoin Dash
im just hoping someone makes a crypto patreon
that can take any type, and just pays it to people
Peterson is moddin' his platform for it
I believe that will be enough for now
I'm actually fucking surprised by the % patreon is taking
if I knew people were ok with that much, I would have focused on creating a platform myself
Many of these people are also okay with YouTube taking 30% of Super Chats.
They are ok with it because there isn't tough competition.
Just look at steam. They were taking just as much.
Now epic pushed it to 22%
and now discord has pushed it to 10%
We'll probably see epic and/or steam also lower their take to match discord
and itch.io has 0%-100% (seller decides) https://itch.io/updates/introducing-open-revenue-sharing
Why would anyone pick anything above 1.
What's the most you would bid for itch service to prevent itch from folding up?
