Depends on what yo mean or how. In terms of Immigration: Maybe to probably. But you can also test that.
But for those who are already here, probably not.

In General I'm more towards anti-immigration as it causes more problems than it solves.
And we should only let those in, who have a good reason to come here. Like "Asia Bibi" and for the others, I'd have an IQ barrier of around 90-100.

The Problem is what created the Shut-Ins. That needs to be solved. Wich isn't easy....

Then again, the School system is garbage. We need to invent something new.
And sadly I think there is no other way than to segregate males and females and teach them differently...
