19 should be the time when you can still make whatever mistakes you need to make to chart your course.

I have just had a long conversation with someone who is friends with the medical student having been kicked out of UVA.

Now they have the campus police keep him away for 4 years.

i was mandated by a court for threatening to stab some one with a pair of scissors to a a mental health eval and was put into a mental ward
