the far right and far left the moderate right moderate left the center, are all fighting politically to control the goverenment, the government does not exist without a majority to support the government because a government needs a social mandate for its representation (atleast in a democracy). as such if theres ever a case where a faction of the society wages WAR on the governemnt and the governemnt has to respond, the opposite side will be in support of that governemnt and make up the representation of that governemnt, thats how shit happins in a civil war
