I'm somewhat ill-informed, I just know that a youtube channel called "Diversity & Comics" started doing a dumb half-assed stream where he criticized and had a laugh at what marvel and DC have been putting out (DC somewhat less)

and it exploded

the guy was a failed comic artist I think, but he LOVED comics and it really came through in his videos

but when the guy got a few thousand subs, some of the people at Marvel started getting worried, because comics are doing so shit that a bad youtube channel kinda overshadows them by quite a bit

but they kept trying this bullshit with the guy, he's a honorably discharged marine? I think? so the SJWs AT MARVEL said "AW HEY LET'S TRY TO GIVE THE GUY PTSD!!!1!" because they are a very tolerant people

and when he said "even I could make a better comic" they said "well go for it, racist"

so he made an indiegogo that started to go crazy

so MARK WAID started saying shit, and it looks a lot like he intimidated ANTARCTIC PRESS out of publishing the comic by making these fucked-up guilt-by-association accusations, and they dropped it

which didn't help them at all lol
