Twitter has been in a death spiral for a while now
Facebook will fade into obscurity eventually as well, but it will be a while
its glorious
people need to get out more
talk to real people
theyll feel better for it
The research that came out in the last year or two proving that social media addiction takes a negative toll on people has helped as well
like obviously places like this are good but social media like facebook, etc. is unhealthy imo
even places like this you gotta take a break from though
I have a FB account, but I haven't really used it in over 4 years now
i barely use it
Most of my information on there is fake as well
Never had one. Never will.
same with books. you have to take a break from books man. books arent reality. get out there and talk to the intellectual peasants.
actually you have to take a break from talking to people in reality too. it can be addictive an unhealthy.
ill go weeks without posting anything
i comment frequently but often short remarks
should we take breaks from sanity?
ExceptionalFeather, you ask that as though you've never taken a break from sanity
if i do want to start a discussion that happens to be political i just be careful where i do it
i get so bored being in reality trying to talk to people i have nothing in common with. i just sit there and stare at a wall or something and wait for the social event to be over.
NativeInterface, are you still in school, or do you have a job?
all things in moderation
i'm in my 30s. my advice is just do whatever the hell you want to do. and the concept of wasting time is completely subjective.
Holy shit, I'm not the oldest person on this server?
30 year old boomers git out
lol
Reeeeeee
Raaaaaiiiii
I kid

honorary millennial kek
Tell me stories of the 90s
jk
I've just gotten used to the idea that everybody on this server is still in school... or diapers
😝
lol 25 here
Those tweets from Tim scare me
That offensive towards people with diaper fetishes
I mean, I go to college
