Tell them they're dumb?

2018-08-25 07:37:31 UTC

On this clip

2018-08-25 07:37:36 UTC

I think if the accuser lies, they must face the same punishment their accused faced.

2018-08-25 07:37:46 UTC

Mark, you gotta rewind the conversation

2018-08-25 07:37:52 UTC

To realize we're talking about exactly that. lol

2018-08-25 07:38:00 UTC

You can't just jump onto the end and ask people to explain it again.

2018-08-25 07:38:13 UTC

Oh okay. *Shrugs.* Too lazy right now...

2018-08-25 07:38:14 UTC

You can scroll up, dear boi

2018-08-25 07:38:16 UTC

...

2018-08-25 07:38:29 UTC

If you tell me you're lazy, I will want to murder you.

2018-08-25 07:38:53 UTC

Patrice O'Neal went to jail on false rape accusation.

2018-08-25 07:39:04 UTC

You can't possibly hear his story without believing him.

2018-08-25 07:39:14 UTC

And HATING the girl's easy inclination to lie.

2018-08-25 07:39:22 UTC

Not necessarily the girl herself. But she should've been punished.

2018-08-25 07:39:45 UTC

So she falsefully accused someone, she gets caught and punished. Are the left defending her?

2018-08-25 07:41:04 UTC

I'd sentence feminists to 37 minutes of that story.

2018-08-25 07:41:14 UTC

And I'd sentence false rape accusers to the sentence they were about to inflict.

2018-08-25 07:42:08 UTC

As much as I hate it there'd probably have to be a clause added that if someone was *already* convicted on a false charge and the accusor wants to come clean that they'd be given immunity. Otherwise we'd see even less accusors doing so than we currently do.

2018-08-25 07:43:51 UTC

Going into the future

2018-08-25 07:44:12 UTC

The DNA crunching alleviates a lot of this

2018-08-25 07:45:05 UTC

It's crazy how fingerprinting isn't quite as reliable as most people think. How some people have gone to jail over crimes they had nothing to do with because they shared fingerprints with someone else in another state.

2018-08-25 07:45:42 UTC

Oh I know all about it.

2018-08-25 07:45:47 UTC

Friend's house was broken into

2018-08-25 07:45:53 UTC

Left fingerprints BUUUUUUUUUT

2018-08-25 07:45:58 UTC

Hands slide across the surface

2018-08-25 07:46:12 UTC

Which, y'know, ruins the accuracy of the prints.

2018-08-25 07:46:31 UTC

I dunno what happens in all these detective shows where they get these perfect light touches with no extra friction.

2018-08-25 07:48:00 UTC

Don't they powder the finger prints, then use a stripe?

2018-08-25 07:48:08 UTC

Thus taking up a copy of the finger prints?

2018-08-25 07:48:11 UTC

Surprised they would even bother looking at the prints in a break in. Usually from what I hear they just blow you off if you ask them to do something like that. Maybe they did just to humor your friend?

2018-08-25 07:51:18 UTC

Uh, well.

2018-08-25 07:51:22 UTC

This is the suburbs.

2018-08-25 07:51:34 UTC

Not really that much crime, so they're not that busy.

2018-08-25 07:51:40 UTC

Makes sense

2018-08-25 07:51:48 UTC

Hearing that question just now

2018-08-25 07:51:57 UTC

Reminds me of, indeed, the movie I'd been linking

2018-08-25 07:52:03 UTC

Big Lebowski, where they just laugh at him

2018-08-25 07:52:13 UTC

Is that really how it's like in the cities? You get stolen from, NO ONE gives a shit?

2018-08-25 07:52:24 UTC

How does that not make thief the ideal profession..?

2018-08-25 07:53:32 UTC

Guess getting shot by a home owner might suck. But then a lot of the biggest cities have the strictest gun laws
