when a girl and a man have sex, in a relationship and it goes awry. how is it acceptable for a woman to accuse a man of rape and the law instantly think the man is guilty as with rape cases there is no evidence

but how do you prove yourself guilty? what can you show as proof unless the woman gets a pregnancy test
