Hierarchies are fairly natural. Denying them tends to mean informal hierarchies of social status spring up.
Capitalism has produced a wealthy and successful society. People are lifted out of poverty, disease, and work less. Some degree of work is necessary to produce resources for survival, and capitalism results in much more liberty than individual emancipation than other systems. Structure and hierarchy keeps people stable and able to develop social systems and technology to improve liberty.
You do use a lot of fancy words which tends to reduce the value of discussion
Yeah, but there's a time and a place
Looks like you used a thesaurus to stick random long words in at places
You cannot dumb down complex concepts. This hurts the meaning and reduces discussion to mere description. That would be a more clear way to say it.
Sure, there are minor linguistic differences but the basic meaning is the same.
The purpose of language is communication
Starvation is pretty unusual in capitalist countries
There's enough surplus that you can almost always get food, even if you have no income
Technology from capitalist societies has established a large surplus
Car?
a lot are socialist like Zimbabwe
Socialist utopias
There a lots of others like Algeria
Ethiopia
Socialism destroyed much of Africa
Angola , Benin,Ethiopia, Ghana, Guinea, Mali, Mozambique,, Tanzania, and Zambia, Zimbabwe and others
They bought into it because they felt capitalism was colonialism
Then socialism prevented their economies from advancing
Successful capitalist countries are pretty common
Socialism leads to military dictatorships
Africa doesn't have great leadership
Capitalism can't unfuck Africa
They have governments that are socialist
Which destroyed their prosperity
And often don't want to invite capitalism in
If you don't try capitalism capitalism can't save you
These were literal socialist countries
S ocialists who deny the market aren't true capitalists
Own the failures of socialist nations like Zimbabwe ?
The economy of Cameroon was one of the most prosperous in Africa for a quarter of a century after independence. The drop in commodity prices for its principal exports โpetroleum, cocoa, coffee, and cotton โ in the mid-1980s, combined with an overvalued currency and economic mismanagement, led to a decade-long recession. Real per capita GDP fell by more than 60% from 1986 to 1994. The current account and fiscal deficits widened, and foreign debt grew. Yet because of its oil reserves and favorable agricultural conditions, Cameroon still has one of the best-endowed primary commodity economies in sub-Saharan Africa.[15]
doesn't sound the worst
Recent signs, however, are encouraging. As of March 1998, Cameroon's fifth IMF program โ a 3-year enhanced structural adjustment program approved in August 1997 โ is on track. Cameroon has rescheduled its Paris Club debt at favorable terms. GDP has grown by about 5% a year beginning in 1995. There is cautious optimism that Cameroon is emerging from its long period of economic hardship.
Thank you capitalism
Looks like the big problem was France
They looted a lot of their money
Still, they're doing better now
France, why do you do these things?
Ah Google explains all
They're a dictatorship which is looting their people with the help of France
That does tend to make capitalism more difficult
Capitalism plus democracy is best
Google says this
Cameroonโs economic freedom score fell by 2.4 places to 51.8, ranking it 150th on the 2017 Index, placing it in the โmostly unfreeโ band. This performance reflects a decline in labour freedom, business freedom, an increased bureaucratic inertia and trade freedom. Despite an improvement in property rights, there have been restrictions transferring money into/out of the country. Cameroon is ranked 34th out of 46 countries in the Sub-Saharan Africa region, and its overall score is lower than the regional average.
It has lower economic freedom than average
So, the government seems to be more nationalistic than capitalists
And Google suggests that many are suggesting more free trade and such would boost their economy
No, I am not restricting it like that
I mean, part of their problem is that they have rules and regulations preventing capitalism
They're doing better than socialist nations
But they don't have a strong commitment to capitalism which is reducing their income
It notes say it's hard to move money into the nation
So foreigners can't invest easily in the country
Or trade with it
also heavy functional regulations against starting businesses
You told me to own Cameroon
So I did
I noted it doing better than socialist nations but also noted they have laws against capitalism
I am respecting their skill and spirit
They did well, better than most nations
Their failures were heavily because they were also super nationalist, above capitalism
The case against him collapsed because the victim lied about events and had sex with someone the day before and after and had their fluids and hair on her panties she gave to police as evidence of rape.
Welcome back.
Want your roles and stuff?
Did you have any other roles?
