Can anyone help me out

The last couple months I have noticed now the sun looks permanently different now after I was wondering one evening of the sun setting blood red it is now always bright white instead of bright yellow as before I moved in town but is shining orange and white on surface in the afternoon and no one else seems to realize after the years of it always being
