@F5 tornado I don't believe there would be any issues with a civilian doing the same. I've heard of other civilian fathers buying their sons guns as gifts as well as their sons giving their dads the money later on. I don't believe it's illegal for a minor to have a gun, it is illegal for a minor to buy a gun. And I didn't buy the gun, I gave my dad some money out of the goodness of my heart😉

@F5 tornado hmm, that's interesting. I thought that as long as the gun was registered you could sell it. What state are you in by the way? I'm in FL, and from the sound of it our gun laws are way less restrictive. Our ranges allow minors to shoot as long as they have a parent or guardian with them. I remember when I was 9 or 10 and my dad taking me to the gun range
