Google Data Center- Google has around 13 data centers all through out the world. And by 2014, three such facilities are going to add to this list. As per the recent estimate conducted by Microsoft, Google has around 900,000 servers in all its data centers based in world. It is official now that Microsoft leads this table with 100,000 server count. Googleโ€™s data centers use around 260 million watts of power which accounts to 0.01% of global energy. This power is enough to consistently power 200,000 homes.

in july 2016 gartner estimated they had 2.5M servers. They're probably growing on a exponential curve. with those two datapoints you can probably say they're close to 10M servers today

I want to mention that the timeline of this bug and the take down is fairly consistent. this bug was fixed on Oct 2nd 2017, and the website at e-catworld.com reported that they have been delisted on Google on Nov. 15th by one of their readers.
At the time of this writing, e-catworld.org has been created as an alternative by the site owner and google is currently indexing that just fine.

that's it @tjams!

that site being discussed has a lot of articles on nuclear energy

the site is interesting - trying to find articles they may have posted that day

wow

but don't worry - it was just a bug...

the storage thing is very interesting because storage is one of the big hurdles to fully utilizing renewables today. if everyone could make their own battery out of common components that would destroy the oil market.

Has anyone seen all of the Bible passages Marco Rubio is putting up on his twitter feed lately?
